Compatible with most roll-to-roll solvent, eco-solvent and pigmented inkjet printers, AFC liquid coating systems protect inkjet graphics on vinyl, PSA, non-porous textiles, wet strength wall covering, canvas and other flexible substrates and can also function as flash drying devices for hard-to-dry inks. Coating costs range from 2 cents to 26 cents per square foot, depending on application and coating used.

AFC3200
Super wide water-based flood coater

The AFC3200 liquid coater is ideal for coating solvent, eco solvent and certain UV based ink jet images printed onto a variety of flexible substrates, including: PSA and vinyl, non porous textiles, wet strength wall covering, canvas and a variety of other suitable substrates. The machine also doubles as a flash drying device for hard to dry inks, thereby dramatically reducing dry time and increasing production.
